Anger Management Counselling Program

Our Anger Management Counselling Program consists of 10 sessions. Each session is guided by a different module/topic. Some of the topics covered in the sessions include anger as a primary emotion; anger as a secondary emotion; stress management; coping with anger; the power of forgiveness; healthy communication; cognitive restructuring and the ABC model; healthy communication; and more. The sessions can be adapted to fit specific topics that may be more pertinent to you.

This counselling program is currently offered in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
